Crafting identity from heritage for Newbarn Green

©2025

The Outcome

Our creative team led the full brand identity and marketing campaign for Newbarn Green, a collection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes and bungalows in the village of Great Tey. From the mark itself through to floor plans, CGI, brochures, site maps, social content and film, every part of the campaign was built from the character of the place.

Rooted in Research

Our process began with time spent scouting Great Tey itself, researching the history of St. Barnabas Church alongside the plants, flowers and agriculture native to the village. That research shaped the logomark: a combination of a quatrefoil, a flower and a blooming flower that reflects Great Tey’s heritage and agricultural roots. The quatrefoil references the motif found in St. Barnabas Church, symbolising unity and balance, while the flower and blooming shapes speak to the area’s natural landscape and history in agriculture, evoking growth and renewal. From there, that thinking carried through into the illustrated floor plans, CGI stills and street scenes, before informing the full suite of sales and marketing collateral.

Visualising Newbarn Green

Using the technical architectural drawings, we produced CGI house types and street scenes that complement the brand identity, bringing the lifestyle and environment of Newbarn Green to life. A selection of that work is shown below.
